The affairs of the Hampshire community are managed by the Board of Directors (referred to as the Board). The Board currently consists of five members (see Board Members below). Three members are representative from the Drees Corporation and two are Hampshire residents. Drees representation as majority members shall continue until it is turned over to Hampshire residents. At that time, Drees corporation members will vacate their seats and be replaced by Hampshire residents. All Hampshire resident memberships are three year terms. Term expiration dates are staggered to provide greater Board member continuity.
